We’re at 2800 Oakdale Ave in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco. There’s easy street parking right out front.

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, debit, tap to pay, and cash. No surcharge on debit cards. Credit cards have a 3% processing fee.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — through Sunbit and Affirm. Most repairs from $60 to $10,000 qualify, and checking your rate takes under a minute without affecting your credit.

What’s your warranty?

12 months / 12,000 miles on parts and labor for most repairs. We’ll spell it out in writing on your estimate before any work starts.

How long will my car take?

Most repairs are done same day. Bigger jobs we’ll give you a realistic window when you drop off, and call before any added work.

Do you give written estimates before doing work?

Always. You’ll see the breakdown — parts, labor, and total — before we touch your car. No surprise add-ons.

We have been keeping San Francisco's commercial vans, work trucks, and small fleets running since 1996. Over the years that has come to mean a lot of Ford Transits, Ford F-Series, Isuzu NPR box trucks, GMC and Chevy work vans, and Ram ProMasters from contractors, caterers, delivery operators, and small businesses across The Bayview, Hunters Point, Dogpatch, and the rest of southeast San Francisco. We know what these vehicles ask for, we know how to keep them out of the shop, and when they do come in we work fast because every day in our bay is a day they are not earning.

Our shop history tells the story: in the last few years alone we have worked on hundreds of Ford Transit vans (Transit-250, 350, and original Transit) along with the full Ford F-Series lineup from F-150 to F-550. On the box-truck side, Isuzu NPR and NPR-HD are a regular sight in our bays. What we do

Standard maintenance is the backbone of fleet work and we keep it predictable: oil and filter service on extended-interval schedules, brake jobs that match how the van actually gets driven (city stop-and-go wears differently than highway), DOT-style safety inspections for the trucks that need them, and full electrical / diagnostic work when the dash lights up. For Transit and F-Series we have the scan tools and the experience to clear codes that less Ford-specific shops chase for hours.

How long is the drive from Dogpatch?+

About seven minutes down 3rd Street, ten at evening rush. The T Third also gets you within a block of us.

Do you work on EVs and hybrids?+

Yes. We do tire, brake, alignment, suspension, and 12V battery work on EVs and hybrids of all major makes. For high-voltage battery diagnostics, we will tell you up front whether it is in our scope.

Do you work on heavy trucks?+

We handle most light- and medium-duty trucks up to about 26,000 lbs GVWR (Class 6). Ford F-450, F-550, Isuzu NPR and NPR-HD, Ram 5500 — all fine. For Class 7 / Class 8 over-the-road trucks, we will tell you up front whether your specific job is something we can do well.

Can you handle our scheduled fleet maintenance?+

Yes. We can set up a basic service schedule for fleets of any size and remind you when each vehicle is due. For 5+ vehicle accounts we offer Net 30 billing.

How long does a typical fleet job take?+

Standard service (oil, brakes, basic inspection) is usually same-day if you drop off in the morning. Bigger jobs we will quote a realistic turnaround when you bring the vehicle in. We try hard to get fleet vehicles back in service the same day they come in.
