I own a 2006 Pontiac Vibe that was in need of routine overall maintenance. I found the service staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. Scheduling service was accommodating and easy. All maintenance cost performed was agreeded to in advance of service and most reasonable. A & C Auto Clinic is a certified auto repair shop with technicians certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. This certification indicates that the mechanics have passed rigorous tests and have relevant work experience, ensuring they have the expertise to correctly repair vehicles. Importantly, After inspecting the vehicle, which included road testing, I was given assurance that no unnecessary maintenance would be performed. Service was quick and thorough. I know that A & C Auto Clinic will become my auto service provider from this day forward. I highly A & C Auto Clinic for your auto maintenance service needs. Great job.

Help in a dire situation This review is long overdue. Pre COVID I rolled (literally) to A&C Auto with a huge screw stuck in an almost deflated tire. I had my young children in the car and I needed to get the tire patched asap. I approached the garage bay and asked for help. The lifts were full and everyone was busy. Frank immediately came out to inspect my tire and went to work removing the obstruction and patching the tire. He did an excellent job and I would ride on that tire for another 10k miles before replacing the entire set. This could have been a lengthy fix in an area of SF known for not being safe. Frank could have charged me $$$ for this emergency patch job but he did not, instead charging me the regular fee. I appreciate this man and his honesty.

I brought my car there for headlights malfunction. The place says electrical diagnostic. I pay the guy $150+ to find problem. So Frank says he will order part on eBay. Schedule for next week. If he can't fix it , he said he will give me my money back. I told him, if he can't fix it I'll take 1/2 my money back for putting in effort. My car is fixed everything is good! I recommend this shop to each and everyone of you. Thank you Frank. God bless you 🙏
